Prof. Dr. Carina Rossoni graduated in Nutrition from the Regional University of the Northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul - UNIJUI (2001), with recognition of the academic degree by the Medical School of the University of Lisbon (2021).
She earned a master's degree in Clinical Medicine from the School of Medicine of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sula - PUCRS (2009), with recognition of the academic degree by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon (2020).
PhD in Health Sciences and Clinical Surgery, with recognition of the academic degree by the Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon (2020).
Has dedicated her professional career as a Clinical Nutritionist, working mainly in the surgical area for over 20 years.
She has extensive experience in monitoring patients with obesity, metabolic diseases, inflammatory bowel diseases and oncological pathology.
