With around 14 years of clinical experience, he has directed his medical career towards the fields of orthognathic surgery, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and obstructive sleep apnea. He founded the Portuguese society for temporomandibular joint dysfunction and orofacial pain, which he has the honor of presiding over.
After 8 years of work in several leading healthcare organizations in Portugal, in 2016 he decided to partner with his colleague David Ângelo to establish a solid project in the field of Facial Surgery, aiming to offer a range of innovative services in his area of expertise.
Training is an area of interest for him, having organized and been a trainer for multiple courses in Portugal. His curriculum includes numerous national and international conferences on various topics that have enhanced scientific work in Portugal.
