Master's degree in Dental Medicine from the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Lisbon, she continued her postgraduate studies in Orthodontics, Interceptive Dentofacial Orthopedics; Invisible Orthodontics (dental aligners) at the Egas Moniz School of Health and Science and Advanced Oral Surgery at the Faculty of Stomatology of Havana (Cuba).
Always motivated by knowledge and interested in an integrative and holistic approach to the patient, she has completed numerous national and international training courses and complementary fellowships in orthocephalology (myo-skeletal-facial remodeling); orofacial pain, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and posturology; microimplants; orthognathic surgery, and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
Her résumé includes the publication of scientific articles as well as participation in several national and international conferences. She is certified by Invisalign, Spark, and Clear Correct.
In her clinical practice, she is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of facial and oral cavity development disorders at any age, with the attention and rigor necessary to achieve excellent treatments, using the most innovative technologies.
Interested in working in multidisciplinary teams and always focused on patient satisfaction, at Instituto Português da Face she collaborates with the departments of dentistry, orthognathic surgery, cleft lip and palate, otorhinolaryngology, physiotherapy, and speech therapy.
