OPERATIONS AND SURGICAL PLANNING COORDINATOR

Larissa Souza is a graduate of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (Brazil) and has specialised in maxillofacial surgery, orthognathic surgery and digital surgical planning.

At the Instituto Português da Face, she coordinates surgical planning processes, integrating digital technology, clinical organisation and multidisciplinary collaboration to support the preparation of complex cases and optimise the entire patient care pathway.

With extensive experience in three-dimensional virtual planning, digital protocols and surgical forecasting, she plays an active role in the technical preparation of cases and in liaising between the clinical team, orthodontists and patients, contributing to a highly personalised approach focused on achieving excellent results.

She is a specialist in Maxillofacial Surgery and Implantology, having completed a fellowship with Prof. Dr Marcos César Pitta, an internationally renowned expert in orthognathic surgery, during which time she further developed her skills in the speciality of orthognathic surgery, 3D digital technologies and advanced surgical planning.
